Director is an advanced management system designed specifically for iMAGsystems AV over IP endpoints. Embedded in an Intel NUC and functioning as an appliance, Director's primary role is to configure and deploy SDVoE, JPEG2000, and H.265 AV over IP endpoints, making it easy for administrators to manage their assets efficiently.
Director is built with a strong emphasis on IT Service Management (ITSM) and adheres to ITIL 4 practices. This alignment enables Director to facilitate value creation on multiple levels. From SLA reporting through detailed analytics to assisting service desks with fault identification and proactive monitoring, Director simplifies administrative tasks, making life easier for administrators.
